RETURNS & EXCHANGES



LOCAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES:  AQUA McQueen will accept exchanges and full refunds within 3 days on locally delivered orders. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed, with original hanging tags, or could sadly be subject to denial. Just reach out to me and I will gladly pick up or swap out any items, and offer a full refund on any/or all items credited back to your original purchase method. 

 

ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGES: AQUA McQueen will accept returns within 7 days for a full refund on shipped orders. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed, with original hanging tags, or could sadly be subject to denial.  Please ensure the contents of your return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. All purchases come with Free Shipping, but Return Shipping is covered by the customer. 

Even exchanges on shipped items are unfortunately not available due to limited stock. If an exchange is needed, I encourage customers to place a new order for the item(s) and return the other item(s). 

Items listed below are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges: 

  • Final Sale Items   
  • All Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses & Handbags)   

 

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN REQUEST FOR ONLINE?   

To initiate a return request, just go to your AQUA McQueen password-less account: www.aquamcqueen.com/account 

Your on-demand password will be automatically emailed to you before every login, no need to remember a password!

  • Please select which item(s) you want to return from your purchases, and click the "Return Request" button. 
  • After your return is accepted, a shipping label will be sent to you via email for easy return shipping. Returns must be postmarked 15 days from the order fulfillment date.  (Check "Junk mail" if you can't find it.)
  • The format of shipping your shipping label will be 8.5x11 letter paper. Simply print this on your regular printer or with a sticky label.
  • Package your item(s) and attach the label to your return package...drop off at any USPS store or USPS blue box. 
  • Your shipping label cost will be deducted from your return refund. Refund is immediately sent upon the arrival of your return. 

HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?

Unfortunately, there is not an even exchange policy. Sad face, I know. 

If you love something and would like to exchange the size or the item, simply return your original item following the return policy above. You are then, more than welcome to purchase the size you'd like and simply wait for your return afterwards, or wait to purchase after your return is fully complete. Your purchase will ship within 24 hours.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?    

I want you to love your items, if you've received a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can fix it.
